Notion Process if questions

One hour before they arrive

Studio

Check with the video team if the ITW setup is ready in the studio.

Ask them to check the lights

Plan the material for the photo shooting after the ITW.

Prepare the PX cards (with questions on it).

The Ipad with questions ready for David (check it has battery)

Water carafe and 2 nice glasses

2 Paradox mugs

Tissue box with a small bin

Remotes for the air conditioning in summer

Office

Make sure that the entire office is clean and tidy (in case David gives them a tour)

Make sure it smells good : open the windows a bit if needed, light a candle.

Make sure the temperature is ok, using heaters or aircon.

Put some music : the favorite music of the invitee if you know it.

Take out some snacks and drinks.

Make sure the DAL is ready for signature.

For David

Make sure he has everything he needs to get ready: paradox clothes, hair gel, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste / charged rasor.

Have the Make up ready, just in case.

Prepare a tea with lemon juice + honey + hot water.

Depending on the time (if it’s around lunch or dinner), order food for him.

If anyone in the filming crew is new, present them to David before the ITW starts.

15min before they arrive

Be ready 15min before the ITW.

Keep your phone on you and on ring mode to hear if they call.

At the time of the ITW, if they’re not here, call them to make sure everything is ok.

If possible, wait for them in front if the building.

When they arrive - Welcome in the lobby

Take their coat

Show them around (+ toilets)

Introduce them to the team

Serve them drinks and snacks

Wait and converse with the person until David arrives

When David is here - Move to the studio

Show them where to sit and how to sit

Explain them how the mic works and where to place it (Remind them to move the mic if they move)

Explain that the ITW is not recorded live, which means they can have a break, reformulate, or ask us to delete something they said if they want.

Show them the water / glass / tissues / bin

If they came with someone : make sure this person has a comfortable seat and water.

Ask everyone to put their phones on silent mode

Close all windows and doors

Let people in the office know that a shooting is happening and to not disturb

Remind DL he has a pedal to mark time codes during the ITW

During the ITW

Once the ITW has started, take some videos and photos with your phone and send it to the SM team.

Ask the people in the room to write down their favorite moments, which can be used for social media, or moments that were not awesome and that we can cut (with a timecode system)

Right after the ITW

Someone of the team asks DL just after *"what are the 1-3 top things you got from the interview"*, it can make a reel and promote the interview. Also ask David if there is anything he wants to cut or what are the pieces of the interview that were most powerful and that we can use as “shorts” for social media. Take notes and let the video team know.

We ask to the guest what question they would like to ask DL, it could be great that he answers it with the same set

Fast Questions & answers can always be cut to make a ree

Check with the interviewee how was the experience for him and if he’s happy with everything he said or if he wants us to cut anything

Ask the interviewee if he has expectations regarding this interview (a date of publication matching an actuality for example) and to put us in touch with his communication team.

Send the pictures and videos taken to the Social Media and make sure they post it
